Hoje li a mensagem enviada por você ao Deputado Federal Marco Feliciano, cujo conteúdo foi disponibilizado no site Moriah News. No texto, a Sra. questiona a participação do conselho federal de psicologia no apoio ao kit anti-homofobia ou kit gay como é conhecido vulgarmente.
Como advogado, defendo de forma contundente a liberdade de expressão, conquistada com o sangue de uma geração em um passado recente. Mesmo que em nosso país, este direito fundamental tenha surgido com a promulgação da Constituição da República Federativa do Brasil, acredito que na história da humanidade esta liberdade se perpetuou com a frase de Voltaire, há mais de 400 anos, na qual ele afirmou: “eu posso não concordar com o que você diz, mas defenderei até a morte o direito de dizê-las.“
Contudo, a liberdade de expressão vem com um ônus, que é o da responsabilidade social. Especialmente quando estamos falando de figuras públicas ou que lidam com o ser humano e que tem em suas mãos o poder de influenciar outras pessoas, como é o caso dos psicólogos, advogados e políticos.
Há poucos meses, no auge da discussão sobre a PLC 122 me deparei com muitas pessoas que insistiam e mantiveram sua visão limitada, de que o referido projeto é a “lei mordaça” ou a “lei do privilégio“. Sinceramente, quando leio ou ouço algo parecido, não sei qual sentimento em mim é mais intenso, meu pesar ou meu medo pela completa falta de conhecimento do assunto.
As pessoas sequer se dão ao trabalho de conhecer o que pretendem criticar e acabam passando por ignorantes. Algumas pessoas se agarram aos seus medos e frustrações e lutam às cegas por algo que não faz qualquer sentido.
Dizer que a PLC 122 é uma Lei de Privilégio, a mim é um ato de total desespero e ignorância, esta declaração parte de entidades ou pessoas religiosas. Isso porque, a criminalização do preconceito e discriminação contra a liberdade sexual, ficará ao lado da liberdade religiosa, cujos atos já são criminalizados, pela Lei 7.716/89.
Claro! O “povo” não tem a necessidade de ter conhecimento técnico sobre determinados assuntos. As pessoas comuns podem se dar ao luxo de ter uma opinião sem base, mas quando li sua mensagem, vi nela um grande resquício de sua ignorância (sentido literal e não pejorativo, apenas para esclarecer) neste assunto. Não cabe a mim julgar sua classe e dizer se eles estão certos ou não em apoiar determinados movimentos e, concordo que, independentemente do assunto, uma entidade de classe deve consultar seus representados para assumir determinada posição.
Contudo, não pude deixar de notar que sua opinião não é embasada em uma argumentação plausível. Na verdade, ela é uma argumentação totalmente desonesta do ponto de vista intelectual, pois usa de um falso silogismo para suas conclusões.
Inicialmente, porque exige a liberdade de expressão e ao final condena seus colegas em apoiar abertamente o kit anti-homofobia. Depois, porque faz declarações que são completamente inverídicas. O conteúdo do kit anti-homofobia – grife-se anti-homofobia – não é sobre sexo, mas sobre diferenças. Ele ensina seus destinatários a respeitar SERES HUMANOS que possuem padrões comportamentais diferentes da maioria. É um absurdo defender que o kit anti-homofobia trata um assunto tão delicado quanto o preconceito e a discriminação de uma forma sexual.
Neste ponto não cabe a mim definir se o material incluso no referido kit é ou não apropriado ou vai cumprir seu objetivo, porém uma vez que foi aprovado, inclusive pela ONU, UNESCO, CFP (motivo da sua indignação) e incorporado pelo nosso governo, não vejo como esse material pode ser inapropriado.
Agora, um ponto que me fez acreditar profundamente no seu desespero e falta de conhecimento quanto ao assunto, foi o seguinte trecho do seu texto:
“Uma coisa é aceitar a pessoa como ele é outra coisa é eu ser obrigado a ser como ele, para não me taxarem de homofóbico. Se começarmos ficar refém dessas atitudes desrespeitosa com receio de perdermos voto, vamos transformar nosso país em um BRASIL amoral, sem lei, sem regras sem princípios e sem ética. Tudo em nome de um prazer seja ele qual for, isso é muito sério.”
Eu particularmente li esse trecho algumas vezes e conferi para ter certeza de que foi escrito por uma psicóloga. Sua afirmação beira o absurdo – caso não tenha ultrapassado tal linha. Como eu mencionei anteriormente, todos os “privilégios” concedidos àqueles que forem discriminados ou sofrerem preconceito por sua opção sexual – inclusive os HETEROssexuais – com a PLC122, seriam postos no mesmo patamar dos religiosos que sofrerem com tais injustiças por serem religiosos.
Uma psicóloga que teme, infundadamente, ser obrigada a se tornar homossexual porque pessoas lutam contra serem ofendidas e humilhadas diariamente é quase uma piada da qual não disponho senso de humor para rir.
É notório que o único seguimento da sociedade contra os direitos civis da união homoafetiva e da criminalização ao preconceito e discriminação aos gays é o religioso. Erroneamente, eles creem que serão presos por acreditar que ser gay é pecado. Apesar de, particularmente me parecer absurda a ideia de mandar uma pessoa ao inferno porque ela ama outra do mesmo sexo, considerar as relações homoafetivas pecado, não é crime. Fazer sexo antes do casamento é pecado e não é por isso que me sinto discriminado ou ofendido na minha moral, apenas como exemplo.
Enfim, quando li sua carta ao Deputado Federal, não fiquei preocupado com o fato de você ser contra qualquer coisa, e sim abismado quanto ao fato de uma pessoa pública que lida diariamente com os problemas alheios, transmitir uma mensagem com tamanha imprecisão.
Li no seu microblog (twitter – @marisa_lobo), que você não faz acompanhamento psicológico de gays, o que é lamentável, por que se uma família cristã precisa de ajuda profissional, assim como qualquer outra família, seja ela homoafetiva ou de descrentes, então que diferença há entre todos nós? O que aconteceu com o “amar seus inimigos” e “não julgar o próximo”?
Hoje, olhamos para o passado e vemos o quanto a escravidão foi algo abominável, minha esperança é que, daqui a alguns anos, as próximas gerações olhem para este tempo e pensem a mesma coisa sobre a discriminação e preconceito em razão da orientação sexual, pois, nesta “luta”, a resistência é o preconceito.

O qu estão esperando para cassar o registro dessa charlatã?! É notório que ela é uma péssima profissional, que se formou nas coxas! Se observarem seu perfil no Twitter, verão que ela comete erros de gramática e grafia completamente incompatíveis com os de um perfil competente de profissional ligado a Psicologia. Alias, 'psicologia cristã' não existe! É completamente incoerente e ilógico uma simbiose dessas! A não ser que ela tenha se graduado na Universidade dos Loucos.

Todos estes que se auto declaram "psicologos", mas que na verdade sao charlataes, irao perder suas licencas, pois o conselho de psicologia nao vai promover preconceitos e discriminacoes.
Que vergonha ser colega de profissão dessa falastrona homofóbica e que mistura psicologia com a própria religião impugnada de ideologias fúteis. O psicólogo deve ser imparcial, não induzir qualquer pessoa à práticas cristãs ou de qualquer outra religião. Vamos todos nós, profissionais da psicologia entrar com pedidos de cassação à essa pastora disfarçada de psicóloga.
Você é um ignorante, eu disse que não faço tratamento para mudar orientação de ninguém, mas no twitter , não podemos escrever uma carta não é mesmo. Vocês sim são preconceituosos , olha o que fazem comigo, estão invadindo minhas redes, eu não invado a de vocês

Moral pra chamar de ignorante você tirou da onde? '[...]só ME promovendo a MIM[...]' e, sinceramente, essa de 'invadindo minhas redes' não cola, hoje qualquer rede social tem a opção de 'bloquear' o conteúdo… Sem mais.
HOMOFÓBICA! Isso tem que ser levado ao Conselho de Psicologia! Ela fala da atitude do CFP mas está fazendo a mesma coisa, só que às avessas! Você defende que o CFP não pode se envolver em assuntos nos quais se envolveu, mas você muito menos pode usar o termo "Psicóloga Cristã" nem nada que remeta à psicologia à uma ideologia. Bem típico de quem se formou em Tuiutis da vida, não tem um pingo de senso crítico.
Marisa, como coloquei na carta, aprovo sua liberdade em questionar seu conselho de classe, porém, você defende tanto a liberdade de expressão e levou o assunto ao Congresso criticando a atitude de seus colegas que defedem o kit? Que tipo de liberdade é essa? Para mim, isso se chama hipocrisia!
Deixa eu ver se entendi. Você alega que têm o direito de falar o que quiser, como quiser, sobre quem quiser, não importando as consequências do que é dito. Daí te respondem com uma carta que tem os mesmos valores de liberdade de expressão que você defende e deixa implícto que não gostou do texto visto a semântica do comentário. Me parece meio ilógico, se você defende esse tipo de "direito de expressão" então você não pode achar injusto que te respondam. Liberdade de expressão não é isso aí?
Só uma dica: Twitter, facebook, orkut, são redes de domínio público se você não quer que as pessoas vejam seu perfil (que é meio estranho, visto que a idéia principal é esse tipo de interação) bloqueie para visitantes sem permissão.
Não se trata de criticas, mas de defender pessoas leigas e inocentes de sererm tratadas como cobaias para experimentos de "conversão" religiosa via psicologia-cristã. E não somos iguais, uma vez que a senhora abusa de seu status de psicóloga só pra mostrar o que pensa. A partir do momento que a senhora o utiliza é nosso dever como cidadãos brasileiros fisclizar seu importante trabalho como profissional da educação.
Esse tipo de profissional infelizmente degrada a imagem de todos Psicólogos. Sinto sinceramente vergonha de ser "colega "de profissão dessa pessoa.
